Booking your bridal appointment is simple through our online Acuity Scheduling system. Bridal try on appointments are available Monday, Friday and Saturday, allowing you to choose a time that suits you.

When booking, you'll complete a short questionnaire so we can learn a little more about you, your wedding day and what you're hoping to find. This helps us prepare for your appointment, understand your style and ensure we have gowns ready for you to try.

Your appointment is a private 60 minute bridal consultation, giving you the time and space to explore our carefully curated collection in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Maria will guide you through the process, offering honest advice, answering your questions and helping you find a gown that feels beautifully you.

*We recommend beginning your bridal journey around six months before your wedding day. This allows plenty of time to find your perfect gown, place your order and complete any alterations, while allowing for stock availability and designer lead times.

*Working with a shorter timeline? We'd still love to help. Alongside our designer collections, we have a selection of beautiful gowns available in store that may suit your wedding date. Depending on your size, preferred style and stock availability, we'll work with you to find the best option and make your bridal journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Once you've found your gown, we'll organise the next steps. If we don't have your size available in store, we'll place an order with the designer. If you've fallen in love with a gown that isn't currently in our boutique, we may also be able to order it in for you, depending on the designer and collection.

Most gowns take around three months to arrive, depending on the designer and stock availability. If you're working with a shorter time frame, many designers also offer rush orders, and we'll happily talk you through the options available.

*When ordering a gown, a 50% deposit is required to secure the order.

When your gown arrives, we'll be in touch to book your next appointment. This is where you'll try on your gown for the first time, and together we'll discuss and pin any alterations needed to ensure the perfect fit for your wedding day.

*We recommend allowing 6 – 8 weeks before your wedding for alterations to be completed.

*If your gown requires more extensive alterations, additional time may be needed. We'll discuss your individual timeline and alteration plan with you when your gown arrives.

Your gown is ready! When you collect your dress, we'll invite you to try it on one final time to ensure you're completely happy with the fit before taking it home.
